Refund policy
We only accept returns or refunds in one case:
- If we shipped the wrong item.
Non-returnable cases:
- Wrong item/model ordered by customer
- Change of mind
- Compatibility issues
- Installed or used items
- Failure to check product details before purchase
Claim conditions:
- Must notify within 3 days after delivery
- Provide photo/video proof
- Item must be unused and not installed
If approved:
- Replacement or full refund will be provided
Shipping:
- Our mistake → we cover all shipping costs
Refund:
- Processed via original payment method within 3–7 business days
